I will be regularly updating the STRATEGIES tab on my site to include videos of how to use the regulation strategies we teach at TCS. There is a great explanation of these calming & energizing strategies at the top of the page.
I think it's important to remember that not all strategies work the same way for everyone. The best way to approach it could be to try as many as possible and make a list of your own (that work for you), a strategies toolbox.

Blue (moving slowly) & Green Zone (good to go) Strategies from TCS.
Yellow (loss of a little control) & Red Zone (Loss of control!) Strategies from TCS.
Lastly, if you haven't already, check out Go Noodle! They have free family accounts and you can save your favorite videos in one spot for easy access. It's a fun and easy way to organize the strategies that work for you!
